Bedford Mgmt offers numerous services to help look after our client's properties like they were our own. If you don't see a service below please just ask! We most likely offer it already but are always willing to work with our clients to satisfy their needs.

Bookkeeping

One of the most important aspects of mgmt is maintaining our client's books. From collections, bill payments and bank reconciliations, we cover all aspects of your monthly, quarterly and annual tasks. Will liaison with your accountant for all filings to ensure a seamless flow.

We will follow up on non-payments via call, text and email and make sure our clients are in the know.

Fighting taxes? We work with various tax attorneys to fight the annual assessments to your building or unit.

Repair Coordination Maintenance and Site Management

We offer 24/7 emergency repair response. There's always someone available to answer and attend to our clients.

Whenever there's an issue we will respond. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, General Contractors and more are all within our grasp and vetted over the years. We will work with any client's preferred vendors but if you don't have one we will find one for you.

Garbage, recycling and cleaning is a cornerstone of any mgmt company.. We have our own maintenance workers, 1099 supers and maintenance companies. Every building has different needs and we curtail our services per client.

Leasing

For rental properties, we utilize e-signing for leases and make sure we are compliant with rent stabilization and other rent regulations specific to NYC.

All tenants are vetted using a seven point checklist so we have all financial information available to help our clients make an informed decision.

City Filings and Violation Tracking

In New York City it’s crucial to ensure that all filings are handled in a timely fashion which is why we incorporate checklists and reminders internally to handle all necessary tasks.
